Payment Subscription Status

INACTIVE

An inactive subscription is one that has not been completed yet. This could be because the user has not finished the checkout process, or because the payment has not been processed. Users can retry the subscription again at any time.

PROCESSING

A subscription that is being processed is one that has been added to the queue for processing. This means that the payment is being processed and the subscription is being created. Users can wait for the payment to be processed and the subscription to be created.

ACTIVE

An active subscription is one that has been created and is ready to use. Users can go ahead and use the service with an active subscription.

CANCELLED

A cancelled subscription is one that has been cancelled by the user. Cancelled subscriptions cannot be made active again.

EXPIRED

An expired subscription is one that has passed its expiration date. Expired subscriptions cannot be made active again.

PASTDUE

A pastdue subscription is one that has an unpaid payment. To activate a pastdue subscription, you need to check your payment method and make sure funds.
